This summer term’s Foxes Learning Centre graduation evening will take place between 6pm and 7pm this evening (Monday July 12th) in the Lineker Suite at Leicester City Football Club’s Walkers Stadium.
The achievement of 60 pupils from Coleman Primary School, Soar Valley Community College, Wyvern Primary School and Madani Islamic High School will be celebrated.
The main accolades of the night will be for the best animations, the best fantasy football teams, the most improved pupil in each school, the outstanding school and the outstanding pupil overall.
Past guests have included Leicester City legend Matt Elliot, current striker Yann Kermorgant, past players Richard Stearman and Patrick Kisnorbo and the ever present Filbert Fox.
The Foxes Learning Centre is one of a number of Playing for Success (PfS) programs running at professional sports clubs, and the Walkers Stadium scheme is a joint initiative between the National Government (via the Department for Education (DfE)), Leicester City Football Club and Leicester City Council Learning Services.
