Managerless Leicester City fell to a narrow defeat at the hands of Yorkshire giants Leeds United on Sunday afternoon, as a magnificent strike from young midfielder Adam Clayton helped the Elland Road side to three points at King Power Stadium.
Former Leeds striker Jermaine Beckford missed fantastic opportunity to grab a share of the spoils, as the Foxes slipped to 12th place in the npower Championship table.
The afternoon was also City’s Remembrance Fixture, as the club paid tribute to the brave servicemen and women who have put their lives on the line protecting our country. A military helicopter landed on the pitch to present the match ball, with both sets of players adorning the poppy design on their shirts.
